Seoul Children’s Grand Park is a public park in Neung-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul. It features an amusement park inside which was once the largest theme park in Seoul. In October 2006, the park was open to the public for free, excluding some paid facilities. It has since served as both an amusement and neighborhood park for local residents.
Seoul Children’s Grand Park not only features an amusement park, but also a zoo for visiting children to enjoy a special experience. You can watch zookeepers feed a wide variety of animals, and you can even buy food from the vending machines to feed the animals yourself. Seoul Children’s Grand Park also has a wide array of amenities from a botanical garden, a music fountain and an amphitheater to Arisu Promotion Hall, Kids Auto Park, and Seoul Children’s Museum.
Please note that Seoul Children’s Museum is a paid facility that requires prior booking, so make sure to make a reservation if you plan on visiting. There are permanent and experiential exhibitions perfect for children’s education covering multidisciplinary fields from science, nature and art to the human body and imagination!
