Subway trains in Seoul will end daily operations at 12 AM starting in April. That includes all trains on lines number one through nine, and the Uisinseol Line. Seoul city government and the subway companies decided to limit train operations in order to carry out disinfections and to provide a break for workers.Due to Covid-19, the number of people taking subways after 11 PM has nearly halved on-year. But the work load of metro workers jumped up significantly, as they carry out 8 times as many disinfections than normal. Buses and taxis will operate as usual.
