All of the parks in Seoul are great for jogging. Perhaps the most popular and well-paved of these facilities are the tracks that run through the riverside grounds of the Hangang (River).
Another highly recommended jogging track and promenade is Namsan Expressway. The 7.5km-long track, which consists of an elastic pavement, is admired by many of Seoul’s foreign residents.
May and June are the best months of the of year to ride your bicycle due to the mild climate. You can rent a public bicycle and explore downtown Seoul and Hangang Park. There are bicycle rental stands in Sangam and Yeohuido – the ideal place to begin your bicycle tour.
Furthermore, Olympic Park in the Songpa-gu and the World Cup Stadium in Sangam, Mapo-gu, are popular leisure complexes where all of the aforementioned activities are available.
Sangam Course is quite short but it features a number of interesting sections that take in beautiful dawn redwood trees, the SeMA Nanji Residency, the Digital Pavilion, and other interesting exhibition halls that can be enjoyed by the entire family.

This bicycle path passes via Jicheon (Stream), the Hangang (River), and numerous bridges. The course may seem daunting because of its length, but because the path travels in a straight line, it will prove much easier to complete than you think. The Yeouido bicycle path is relatively short and travels across a level area, making it suitable for pretty much anyone who would like to enjoy a day out on a bike. The Yeouido area has low traffic on weekends so it is safe to ride a bicycle in town. There are many places to visit in downtown Yeouido, so why not visit it with your family, friends, or loved ones.
