  • Culture & Tourism news SMG 2704

Seoul Bamdokkaebi Night Market, one of Seoul’s most representative events, will be held online due to COVID-19. Starting from September 28 to the end of the year, the Seoul Metropolitan Government (SMG) will be holding special sales and promotions for Seoul Bamdokkaebi Night Market in partnership with “idus” (pronounced “ideas”) on its online market platform (www.idus.com).
The SMG launched the online market for products to be sold online, differently from its previous markets held in Yeouido, Banpo and Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) as well as along the Cheonggyecheon Stream, due to COVID-19.
A hundred teams of artists and crafters will be joining the online Seoul Bamdokkaebi Night Market. Products available for purchase will include not only design products and accessories, such as handmade jewelry and hair decoration pieces, but also special items that reflect artists’ unique ideas.
Special sales will take place 10 times until the end of December via web and mobile application. For more information on the online market and its detailed schedule, please visit the Seoul Bamdokkaebi Night Market website (www.bamdokkaebi.org).
