SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA, March 15, 2018 — On March 17, 2018, the Seoul Metropolitan Government will be held an opening ceremony of a communication space for young people. It is a four-story building which provides various functions, such as shared kitchen, co-working space and variable hall.

It is located near Manglidan-gil, the cultural mecca of Mangwon-dong’s young people which makes it an ideal hub for them to engage in active exchanges.

City officials, legislators, and young adults are expected to celebrate the opening of such a place. After the ceremony, young people will participate in a program dubbed “Young Adult Exchange Talk” to network and to share their views on the meaning and role of the new space.

Going forward, discussions will be held on measures to operate the space and to promote active exchanges.

Also, case examples of young adult spaces around various regions across Seoul, Jeju-do, Siheung City and others will be shared.
