As a popular and globally influential artist, David Hockney tried out various styles, without conforming to conventional art forms, during his long, 60-year journey. During this journey, Hockney produced pieces of work widely known in the art world.
The David Hockney exhibition will present several collections that are currently owned by England’s Tate Modern, in addition to other international collections, while being the artist’s first large-scale, private exhibition in Asia. The exhibition will present 133 periodic Hockney works, including paintings, drawings, and printmaking from the early 1950s to 2017.
