Having improved and expanded the scope of the previous volunteer system, the SMG is inviting new volunteer “Seoul City Wall Protectors” to preserve and manage Seoul’s representative cultural heritage. The change has been attempted with a goal to publicize the excellence of the Seoul City Wall on par with other world heritage sites to the public and provide citizens with opportunities for voluntary participation in the preservation and management of the Seoul City Wall.

Through the open call, open from Aug. 5 to 26, the SMG will select 50 candidates as volunteer Seoul City Wall Protectors. Any Seoul citizen 19 years or older interested in and has experience in the related fields can apply.
