Through the contests, 48 various tasks to improve policies, such as the analysis of areas vulnerable to fire damage, were analyzed, announced, and posted on the Big Data Campus website so that the tasks can be shared with citizens and utilized by city officials.

At the conference, 10 out of 89 teams that participated in the contests of the first and second half of 2019 will receive prizes. One grand prize, three excellent prizes, and six participation prizes will be awarded.

In the morning, the 10 teams that advanced to the finals will announce their analysis results and will be screened. The presentation data of the winners will be open and shared with citizens on the Big Data Campus website (https://bigdata.seoul.go.kr).

In the afternoon, a special lecture on “job-seeking and starting a business in the age of big data” will be delivered by an expert, followed by a talk concert where citizens will participate in the conversation on job-seeking and starting a business in the field of big data. It is expected that workers in the field and university students who are willing to become experts in the field will have time to exchange information and earn useful knowledge.
