    Seoul will be hosting the “S-Net Citizen’s Forum” together with citizens, academics, and companies from related businesses. The S-Net (Smart Seoul Network) project aims to realize general communication welfare and the basic communication rights of citizens.

    Seoul has announced the S-Net plan to invest KRW 102.7 billion by 2022 to build a fixed-mobile communication infrastructure for future generations, expand the public Wi-Fi system throughout the city of Seoul, and construct an IoT network in the city.

    The forum will be a venue to hear opinions from the public and private domains as well as academics, researchers, and specialized companies, and to seek a desirable direction for policies for the S-Net project.
