The old tax office annex was reborn as the Seoul Hall of Urbanism & Architecture. The area starts from the ground floor and extends to three basement floors, with a total area of 2,998㎡. The 800㎡ plaza sits on the ground floor, while the basement floors were transformed into the first national cultural space for citizens with a hall exclusive to urbanism and architecture. A citizens’ space was created on the first floor, restoring the scenery. The historical space will be returned to the citizens for the first time in 82 years.
