Although less familiar to the public than Bukchon, the alleyways of “Seochon,” located west of Gyeongbokgung Palace, present old sceneries of hanok. In spring, flowers blossom to create Seochon’s own peaceful and warm atmosphere, and roses that bloom in June can be seen throughout the village. The wall of roses along the Government Complex-Seoul in Seochon is a must-see attraction that is already popular on social media. Seochon Village is adored by visitors as a place where colorful roses can be discovered in every nook and cranny.
