Citizen Participation

The communication between the Seoul Metropolitan Government and citizens has not been achieved only with the efforts of Seoul Metropolitan Government. Communication is bidirectional, so it does not require the efforts of one side, but both sides. The citizens have made the biggest contribution to transforming Seoul as the city of communication.
