  • Opening of the Seoul Ttukseom Sledding Hill

    Seoul will open the outdoor Ttukseom Hangang Park Sledding Hill from December 21, 2018, to February 17, 2019, for families to enjoy wintertime nearby. The outdoor Ttukseom Hangang Park Sledding Hill will be open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm throughout the winter season. Operation hours may change in cases of severe weather for public safety, and the sledding hill and play area facilities will be temporarily closed on a daily basis for one hour at noon to groom the snow.

    The admissions fee for the sledding hill will run at KRW 6,000, rides at KRW 3,000-5,000, as well as other activity fees at KRW 5,000. Children under 36 months receive free admissions with an official resident registration copy or other proof of identification. Sledding hill admissions fees include the free use of the sledding slope, snow park, and the folk culture programming.

    The Euro Bungee, Robot Rider, Electric Cars, and other rides are KRW 3,000-5,000 each, while other paid hands-on activities include smelt fishing, chestnut roasting, balloon popping, and more.

    Visitors can take exit 2 of Ttukseom Resort Station on Line 7 to get to the Ttukseom Sledding Hill. More information is available at the Ttukseom Information Center (☎ 82-2-453-3028).
