The heavy rain warning issued in Seoul was lifted as of 11:30 PM on July 13. The rain front moved to North Gyeonggi-do. Precipitation is being reduced to around 5mm per hour. Precipitation in Seoul stands at 226 mm on the average (highest: 256 mm at Bugaksan (Mountain)). Jamsugyo (Bridge) and Cheonggyecheon (Stream) are closed to traffic. The Wolgye 1-gyo (Bridge) section of Dongbu Expressway was reopened to traffic as of 10: 55 PM.
