• You can get information on tourist attractions, shopping malls, and travel packages provided in multiple languages.
• Just call 1330 (Korea’s tourist information call center) or 1588-5644 (BBB Korea), and you can get tourist information pro vided in 17 languages, including English, Japanese and Chinese.
• The Seoul Center for Culture & Tourism operates travel agencies, money exchanges and Internet services for the convenience of foreign tourists.
• You can also file complaints regarding the tourism services provided in Seoul and can be referred to the relevant public agencies.
• The Seoul Center for Culture & Tourism is also a venue for performances and cultural events, such as Young Samulnori (Korean folk music accompanied by four percussion instruments), concerts for Hallyu stars, and signing events.
