    International Urban Resilience Forum Seoul 2020 Safe Cities in the New Normal: Resilience, Sustainability, and Adaptability 10 AM to 5 PM (GMT+9) on Wed, Dec. 9, 2020 Pre-register

    The Seoul Metropolitan Government (SMG) will be holding the International Urban Resilience Forum Seoul 2020 online, without an on-site audience on Dec. 9 (Wed) 2020 from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Korean Standard Time, GMT+9).

    With the theme, “Safe Cities in the New Normal: Resilience, Sustainability, and Adaptability”, the forum is aimed at introducing trends and best practices, while facilitating discussions about more effective ways to strengthen resilience and sustainable city development in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The forum will provide excellent opportunities for city leaders and executives, experts, relevant organizations, and members of the civil society to share their experience and knowledge regarding recent disaster-related issues.

    The forum will take place at Seoul Citizens Hall’s video conference studio Seoul ON, in Taepyeong Hall and live-streamed to the world through official Seoul’s YouTube channels. Foreign speakers will be participating in the forum through video meetings from their own countries and the offline participation of domestic speakers will be minimized, in order to comply with the disinfection regulations.
