    Prohibited gatherings at high-risk facilities, such as karaoke rooms and direct sales promotion halls, and closure of general facilities after 9 PM
    Extension of reinforced preventive measures in Seoul such as reduced operations of public transportation, prohibited gatherings, and closure of public facilities
