INSA-DONG TRADITIONAL TREATS
Insa-dong, renowned as a center of traditional arts and crafts, is also a great place to enjoy a cup of Korean tea or try some traditional desserts in a historic district of Seoul. Located all along the main street as well as throughout the alleyways connecting to it are all sorts of tea houses selling delicious teas and sweet desserts. Some of the most highly recommended of these are the jujube tea, red bean porridge, and colorful, red omija tea.

SAMCHEONG-DONG CAFÉ STREET
If you have a sweet tooth, you should definitely check out the many cafes in Samcheong-dong, an area located alongside Gyeongbokgung Palace in downtown Seoul. The neighborhood is full of cafés, tea houses, and restaurants, and if you’re looking for a sugar fix before heading back out onto the busy city streets, you will easily find a wide variety of sweets and desserts in Samcheong-dong to satisfy your craving.
