Located in the southwestern part of Seoul, the Magok District is an eco-friendly knowledge industry cluster which accommodates such high-tech industries as IT, BT, GT and NT as well as numerous international businesses. Being directly connected to Incheon International Airport, Gimpo International Airport and a number of major metropolitan highways, the district serves as the gateway to the southwestern area of Seoul. Traffic conditions are excellent as Subway Lines #5 and #9 and the Incheon International Airport Railways (2nd stage in 2010) pass through the district. Notably, it is adjacent to Gimpo International Airport, thereby enabling rapid connection to major domestic cities, and enjoys a “one-day life zone” with Japan (Tokyo) via the Gimpo-Haneda route. In addition, the Magok District is an optimal global business location with good accessibility major Asian cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Tokyo and Osaka, all of which can reached within two hours from Gimpo International Airport.

|Business Complex (148,187m²)||Companies with good growth potential and which emphasize investment in marketing and human resources development - such as business financing, insurance, real estate, telecommunication, broadcasting and other social services.|

|Residential Site||A pleasant living environment will be created in the background area of Magok High-tech Industries by providing land for convenient neighborhood living facilities.|
LG and Kolon will move into the Magok Industrial Complex in Gangseo-gu.
The Magok District has successfully attracted several anchor companies, thus boosting its image during the early stages of the project, and has accelerated the participation of various other enterprises.
LG Consortium will invest KRW 4 trillion in the Magok District by 2012 under its vision to construct a next-generation fusion R&D hub which will become a future growth engine. The LG Consortium will occupy a 133,588㎡ site, or 58% of the applied area. LG is planning to conduct researches on next-generation growth industries which will lead its future growth and form the basis for research in various industries.
Kolon Consortium has presented a business portfolio focused on the water treatment, energy and bio industries. Kolon will construct its infrastructure on as site covering 11,729㎡.
