Order of COVID-19 Vaccine Distribution
Decided by the deliberation of Korea Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (KACIP) considering the risk of spreading the illness*, medical/quarantine/disinfection systems and social security, and the transmission characteristics of COVID-19.

Adjustment of Vaccination Order
Adjusted (on demand) by the deliberation of Korea Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (KACIP) considering the trend of transmission in Korea and the time and quantity of vaccine supply.

◌ Different types of vaccines that are supplied one at a time will be provided in the order decided by quarantine/disinfection and medical standards (cannot select type of vaccine)
* US, Europe, and other countries that have started vaccination also do not grant vaccine selection.
◌ Individuals who refuse vaccination during their designated vaccination period are moved to the end of the line.

*(Second half of 2021) The vaccination order shall be considered, while a more effective method for the vaccination of all nationals shall be revised in regard with the supply of vaccines.
Support for Essential Activities
Individuals who require emergency departure for essential activities including government work and business activities shall be excluded from the vaccination order and given priority after strict examination and screening of qualifications.
◌ The exception shall apply to individuals approved by the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency after screening by the organization in charge (Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy; Ministry of SMEs and Startups; Ministry of Foreign Affairs). Countermeasures to prevent false reports and misuse of policies shall be implemented (revision of laws and amendments).
