EIU Liveability Rankings

Announced twice a year in February and August by EIU (Economist Intelligence Unit), which is affiliated with the British weekly Economist, the Livability rankings are determined by examining 30 indices in 5 sectors (Social Safety, Medical Service, Culture/Environment, Education, and Infrastructure), and include 140 cities.
