- Seoul announced that the traditional cultural performances at Namsangol Hanok Village will begin on April 14th (Sat).
- Weekend performances of the ‘Namsangol Traditional Art Festival’ will be held every Saturday and Sunday starting at 2pm from April 14th to June 17th.
- ‘Exciting Korean Traditional Music for all the Family’ is designed to showcase Korea’s traditional arts.
- The ‘Fusion Concert Sympathy 21’ performance by the Institute of Traditional Percussion, presented as the first performance on April 14th(Sat), is a fusion percussion performance combining the traditional Korean percussion with South American music. - Evening performances of the ‘Arts Night in Namsangol’ will be held every Saturday and Sunday at 7pm from April 14th to late June.
- Combining the gentle nighttime ambiance of hanok and traditional music, the ‘Arts Night in Namsangol’ performance shows visitors the true nature of Korea’s traditional arts.
- The Daul Art Company, Traditional Korean Ballad 'Sora Seodoseonsori Santaryeong' Preserving Association, Danadari Dance Company, and women’s folk group Arisu will perform at the event. - After a summer break, the ‘2012 Namsangol Hanok Village Traditional Cultural Performances’ will continue through September and October. All Seoul residents and visitors to Namsangol Hanok Village can enjoy the performances free of charge.
